2. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

  1. Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation (except for COD orders).
  2. Standard order processing time: 1–3 working days.
  3. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

3. DELIVERY TIMELINES

  1. Estimated Delivery Time (Within India):
    • Metro Cities: 3–5 working days
    • Non-Metro & Remote Locations: 5–7 working days
  2. Delays: Delivery may be delayed due to courier disruptions, weather conditions, or other unforeseen events. We are not liable for such delays once the order has been handed over to the courier partner.
  3. No Guaranteed Delivery Dates: All delivery timelines are estimates only.

4. SHIPPING CHARGES

  1. Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.
  2. Free Shipping: If applicable, it will be clearly mentioned on the product page or during checkout.
  3. Shipping charges are non-refundable, except when required by law.

5. DISPATCH & COURIER PARTNERS

6. RISK & OWNERSHIP TRANSFER

  1. Ownership and risk transfer to you immediately upon dispatch from our facility.
  2. Marvell Exports / MeAyurv is not liable for loss, theft, or damage caused during transit by third-party courier services.

7. WRONG ADDRESS OR UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

  1. Customer Responsibility: Please ensure accurate and complete address details at checkout.
  2. Orders returned due to:
    • Incorrect/incomplete address
    • Unavailability of the customer
    • Refusal to accept the package
    will be re-dispatched only after additional shipping fees are paid by the customer.

8. TRACKING ORDERS

  1. You will receive tracking information once your order is shipped.
  2. Tracking links will be sent via email or SMS to the contact details provided at checkout.
  3. Customers are advised to track and receive their orders promptly.

9. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  1. Currently, we do not ship outside India.

10. SHIPPING DAMAGE CLAIMS

  1. If your order arrives visibly damaged, please record a video while unboxing.
  2. Claims must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the product with proper visual evidence.
  3. We reserve the right to deny any damage claim if no proper proof is shared or if the complaint is raised late.
