What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
We keep MOQs flexible — you can begin with a small trial order and scale as your demand grows. Custom blends and private-label runs carry their own minimums, which we share with your quote.
Can you fill powders to a custom weight or packaging?
Yes. We fill to any weight — from single-serve sachets to retail pouches, jars and 25 kg bulk sacks — and can supply your own pouch design, labels and inserts.
Which countries do you ship to?
Worldwide. We arrange export by air or sea according to your preferred Incoterms (EXW, FOB or CIF) and handle the full set of shipping documents.
Do you offer private label and white label?
We do. Put your brand on our proven formulations, or co-develop an entirely custom Ayurvedic blend with our in-house team.
Can I get samples before placing an order?
Absolutely. After your initial inquiry we send representative samples together with spec sheets and Certificates of Analysis so you can approve quality first.
What certifications and documents do you provide?
Our facility is FSSAI-registered and GMP- & ISO 22000-compliant. Each shipment can include COA, MSDS, phytosanitary and certificate-of-origin documents; USDA Organic and HALAL certification is available on eligible SKUs.
What are your lead times and payment terms?
Stock items typically ship in 1–2 weeks; private-label production runs 3–5 weeks after artwork sign-off. Payment is by bank transfer or letter of credit, with terms agreed per order.
